Russia is about to deploy musicians to front to boost morale

Russian government announced that they will deploy musicians to their front lines in Ukraine. According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, the initiative, which is being called "Music on the Front," will involve sending musicians from various genres and regions of the country to perform for troops on the conflict zones to boost morales. The performances will be streamed online as a way to showcase Russian culture. The program is set to begin in the coming weeks, with the first group of musicians being deployed to Syria. This move, again shows that Russian army deals with many problems on the battle field. Many of the soldiers are opposed to Putin’s authority and they know that they are against the whole world. This results in their lower morale and less efficiency on the field. To solve this problem they decided to risk even more lives. The idea of dispatching musicians to the front lines is ridiculous. Russia is sacrificing their lives to prepare more propaganda for ...

Cristiano Ronaldo lost his chance to win the last trophy in his career

In the World Cup quarterfinals which took place on Saturday, Portugal is beaten by Morocco 1-0, making Morocco national team, the first African team in World Cup history that qualified for the semi-finals. Cristiano Ronaldo is now 37 years old and he declared that it is his final appearance at this tourney and his last chance to win the World Cup trophy. The Portuguese football legend couldn't hold back his emotions and burst into tears while being escorted from the pitch.   Unfortunately, Ronaldo's last games showed that he is slowly losing his prime skills and form. In the last two matches, he was benched by the Portuguese national team's coach - Fernando Santos. He is clearly too old to mark out on the pitch as he was a few years ago. His last year's bad performances are also influenced by tragic events from his private life, in December 2021, he and his wife were expecting twins, and in April they announced the tragedy, their son had died. It is really sad to watch ...

Kanye West is banned from Twitter again

About 10 days ago, Elon Musk decided to unban the famous music artist Kanye West's Twitter account. Now he violated the rules of the platform again. Lately, Kanye is well-known for his controversial, antisemitic statements shared on social media and interviews, which led to his Twitter account getting blocked for the first time. Now, he decided to post an altered picture of the Star of David with a swastika inside and Twitter suspended his account again due to a rule against incitement to violence. One of the most famous musicians in the world is ruining his career by his own choice. Through these offensive statements, Kanye West destroyed his huge, business deals, worth millions of dollars. He wasn't only a music artist, but he was trying himself in fashion design, he was working with Adidas and Balenciaga. After these controversies around him, many companies ended every deal and collaboration with him. Due to it, he lost the title of billionaire. In my opinion, he clearly lo...

Balenciaga accused of sexualizing kids in their new advertising campaign.

The latest advertising campaign of one of the most popular fashion houses - Balenciaga, was supposed to feature their new Kids line collection. The company said that the new collection contains a lot of different types of items, from homeware to even furniture. But the final shoots which were published were presenting young children holding a teddy bear that was wearing sexually inspired outfits. The new campaign was absolutely negatively received by netizens. A lot of modern fashion brands are really often based on controversy and weird ideas to target more people and show their originality. Balenciaga this time crossed the line of tolerance to this type of idea and they should bear the consequences. If they decided to use children for their advertisements they should follow some moral rules and adjust the content for them. In my opinion, sharing pictures of kids with really sexually dressed toys is ridiculous and the company should really be careful with this type of ideas....

Qatar is hiring fake football fans to simulate the real World Cup atmosphere

After many viral videos showing large groups of men, mostly of Indian origin, singing the mistaken words of songs from different nationalities in Qatar, the 2022 World Cup hosts are accused of paying these people to pretend real football fans supporting different teams. Gianni Infantino - FIFA president, accuses the negative comments about the paid supporters, that they are showing "pure racism".  Due to Qatar's many restrictions and strict rules for the supporters during the World Cup, a lot of fans decided to not go to the championships this year. There were a lot of comments regarding the rules and the whole organization that it is destroying the whole "World Cup atmosphere". Qatar wants to make its event as best as possible to promote their country, so they used the poor people from the East, who are able to work for a little amount of money, accommodation, and food to simulate this "World Cup atmosphere". The absurdities regarding this year's...

Danish team aren't allowed to wear shirts with pro-human message by FIFA .

FIFA disallowed the men's Danish soccer team to wear training shirts with the message: "Human rights for all" written on the stomach, during this month's World Cup in Qatar. Organization claim that this text violates the International Football Association Board's laws of the game, which says that "Equipment must not have any political, religious or personal slogans, statements or images". The Danish Football Federation says that the message is universal and it isn't a political call because all people should support it. Though in my opinion, the statement "Human rights for all" is good and reasonable, it should not be on the footballers' shirts. I think that sports and tournaments should be separated from any political subjects. World Cup is an opportunity for football fans from around the world to watch high-level games and cheer for their teams. It shouldn't transform into the next field of political games, it could destroy the w...

Twitter confirms that the blue-tick verification will be avaible to purchase.

Twitter was not a long time ago taken over by Elon Musk - the worldwide business magnate and investor. After taking the status of Twitter CEO, Musk started introducing a lot of new changes in the company immediately. The next update, announces a new feature that allows Twitter users to buy an account verification for $7,99 per month, which so far has only been able for influential celebrities and organizations  In my opinion, the change is really ill-considered or it is just the next controversial Elon Musk move, caused by his desire to control another one of the biggest companies in the world. The "blue-tick" account verification is well-known in social media as a sign, which confirms the identity of the account owner. It was supposed to claim that the profile is authentic and help users to identify reliable pieces of information on the platform. Most celebrities have this type of sign on their account to prevent fake accounts from impersonating them. Now, every person who ...
